'SERENITY travels back in time with their new live DVD Memoria, which will be released on December 12, 2022, and tells stories of ancient kings and mythical legends from the Scottish Highlands. The symphonic metal band already has a 20-year success story, and their last album The Last Knight (2020) entered both the German and Austrian album charts.

Memoria captures a very special show where SERENITY reinterpret their well-known songs and impress with an incredible density of hits. From classic folk pieces like 'Coldness Kills,' which fascinate with fairytale sounds and classical instrumentals, to 'Set The World On Fire' with catchy hooks and captivating soundscapes, SERENITY gives their all in every single piece. They received support from Marco Pastorino (Temperance) on 'Set the World on Fire' and 'Broken Dreams,' and from none other than Sascha Paeth, the producer of Avantasia, who accompanies SERENITY with enchanting guitar melodies on 'Velatum.' The band not only shows their musical talent but also their love and dedication to the art of music. Touching ballads like 'Journey Ends' or 'Fairytales' are supported by Clémentine Delauney, the frontwoman of symphonic metal giants Visions of Atlantis, and reminiscent of earlier times, while moving duets like 'Changing Fate' with Kathrin Raunigger depict the diverse Scottish mythology. Additionally, SERENITY received support from Niklas Müller with his rhythmic drums on 'Spirit in the Flesh.' However, the undisputed highlights on Memoria are the tracks 'Souls and Sins' and 'Legacy of the Tudors,' performed together with Sascha Paeth and Michele Guaitoli (Visions of Atlantis).
