Some bands play it safe when it comes to taking their next steps. But While She Sleeps has never been 'just any band'. The quintet from Sheffield has made a career out of breaking expectations, whether through their dizzying mix of crushing metal, throaty hardcore, and arena-worthy hooks, or the way they have carried themselves over an explosive 15-year career. Their last album, 'SO WHAT?' released in 2019, was a testament to the power of their self-confidence and determination; it earned them numerous award nominations from the likes of Metal Hammer, as well as a win for best album at the Heavy Music Awards. Now, they aim to continue this success with the release of their fifth studio album, 'SLEEPS SOCIETY'. Recorded with producer Carl Bown, 'SLEEPS SOCIETY' promises another defiant step forward. Among other guests, fans can expect appearances from Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro and Deryck Whibley of Sum 41. With a larger platform to share their music with the world and a firestorm as their first single, 2021 will be the year of While She Sleeps.
