Transformers' returns to the action and spectacle that captivated cinema audiences worldwide: 'Rise of the Beasts' takes viewers on a journey around the world in the 90s with the Autobots and introduces a brand new faction of Transformers - the Maximals - who join them as allies in the ongoing battle for Earth. This is the seventh insheightment in the 'Transformers' live-action film series. Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film was released in June 2023.

The soundtrack is composed by Jongnic Bontemps, who has given the film a fresh new sound. The film score also includes a reinterpretation of the iconic musical pieces from Steve Jablonsky's previous films. Bontemps aimed to influence the film music from the first five movies directed by Michael Bay, but since the film takes place after the events of 'Bumblebee' (2018), which deviates from the timeline of the original films, he also had to deliver new and fresh music. Different musical styles were experimented with during the production of the soundtrack. However, Bontemps stated that they quickly realized that 'an organic, orchestral, emotional soundtrack, with which we are all familiar and which has such a deep story, establishes a connection to these robots for us as an audience.'

'Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (Expanded)' is available in a Limited Edition of 500 individually numbered copies on green Vinyl and includes 5 exclusive bonus tracks. This 2LP set includes a 4-page booklet with notes from the director, composer, and music executives from Paramount.
